| What things have gone wrong with the car? | I needed front brakes at 40,000 mile ,belt tensioner needs help,and the idle control motor is weak | |
| General comments? | I was very happy until recently.at 62,000 miles I took my tundra in for its scheduled maintenence and told the service man that its belts were becomming noisy when starting in the morning he had this problem checked and I was told that the belt tensioner was bad and for 300 it could be fixed,then at 63,000 miles I would stop at stop signs and my tundra would idle very low ,infact it actually stalled 5 times on me till finally it stalled and one of the dash warning lights stayed on telling me to take to dealer.they ran it through tests and said that the idle controll motor was bad and for 442.00 they would fix it .I am mad the reason I bought toyota is so I wound not have these types of problems | |
